The building, totaling approximately 13,500 square meters, is leased to the AMPA Association for the operation of the integrative rehabilitation hospital – Medical Care.

• The building includes 8 active departments across 8 different floors, as well as a rooftop level overlooking the sea for the comfort and hospitality of patients and their families.
• The complex also features a large paramedical treatment center offering physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and additional rehabilitation services for hospitalized patients, as well as day rehabilitation programs. In addition, the center includes a resilience and integrative treatment facility focused on complementary medicine.
• The building is fully adapted to the extensive medical activities conducted within it and is leased for a 24-year term to the AMPA Association and Medical Care Hospital.
